If you are unsatisfied with your purchase:
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Consumable products which are eligible will be provided a 50% store credit
• Store credit may be used toward a future purchase
You must contact us before sending any return shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or not suitable for use:
• Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include a clear photo of the damaged product
We will provide a replacement or issue store credit for verified damaged items.
